Means the DishROI website at dishroi.com, including all pages, content, and functionality.
Means all restaurant growth services provided through the Platform, including audits, website design, menu engineering, and optimization.
Means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform or Services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you:
Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
Have read and agree to our Privacy Policy
Are at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to enter these Terms
Have authority to bind your restaurant business to these Terms
Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Use of the Platform
Restaurant Authorization
By using our Services, you represent that:
- - You own the restaurant or have explicit authorization from the owner
- - You have the right to share restaurant information with us
- - The information you provide is accurate and complete
Prohibited Conduct
You must NOT:
- Use our Services for restaurants you do not own or have authorization to manage
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
- Use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Attempt to reverse engineer our technology or methodology
Disclaimers and Limitations
Results Disclaimer
While we use data-driven analysis and industry best practices, restaurant success depends on many factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee specific results, revenue increases, or customer growth from using our Services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including:
- - Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- - Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
- - Warranties regarding accuracy or completeness of competitive data
Limitation of Liability
- - We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- - Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services
- - We are not liable for actions taken based on our recommendations
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Additional Terms
a Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content are owned by QuestFeed Pty Ltd. Website designs and reports created for you become your property upon full payment, subject to our license to use underlying systems and templates.
b Confidentiality
We treat all restaurant information as confidential and will not disclose your data to competitors or third parties except as required to provide our Services or by law.
c Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our sole discretion.
d Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Federal Court of Australia.
